Snap-on Business Solutions Closes Acquisition of Dealer Computer Services, Inc. Electronic Parts Catalog (CPD) Business
Richfield, OH, September 13, 2006 - Snap-on Business Solutions Inc., a business segment
of Snap-on Company (NYSE:SNA), has closed on its acquisition of the CPD electronic parts
catalog business of Dealer Computer Services, Inc. (DCS). This acquisition has received
regulatory and Snap-on Company Board of Directors approval.
Snap-on Business Solutions will now begin updating the CPD product used by Ford and
Lincoln-Mercury dealers with the latest vehicle and parts information.
